Free Prize Drawn & Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being organised by Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC for the Wild Roots Nature Fest 2025.
Eligibility to enter
3. You must be aged 16 or over to enter the prize draw.
4. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.
5. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
6. Entries may be made online via our Google Form or in person at Freeman’s Wood (on Saturday 14th June 2025) and Claver Hill (Sunday 15th June 2025) or by posting them in the box at reception in The Storey (9th to 30th June).
7. The closing date for online and in person entries is Monday 30th June at 5pm.
The prizes
8. Participating stores (where the trail posters are located) are donating vouchers and/or items from the store.
9. The winners will be drawn at random.
10. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. Vouchers must be redeemed in the relevant store.
11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winners announcements
13. Winners will be notified on or after Thursday 3rd July 2025 via the email or phone number provided on their entry.
14. Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC will attempt to contact each winner twice.
15. If a winner does not respond to notification within 14 days of the second contact, they will lost their right to the prize, and Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
16. We will arrange this on contact.
Data protection and publicity
17. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
18. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of liability
19. Wildlife Wellbeing Walks CIC, in running Wild Roots Nature Fest, does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Trail of Nature prize draw or being selected for a prize.
